Braden Schmidt lives in New York City and studies Anthropology at Hunter College. For the past two years, he has worked at the New York Public Library, first in Visitor Services and now as a page in the Research Department. He hopes to make the most of his time at Library Futures and help in our collaborative efforts to spread awareness of the library’s potential to facilitate open-access learning and community-building in the digital age.
