Mehtab Khan

Mehtab Khan’s scholarship intersects intellectual property, platform governance, and AI Law. She is currently a Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University, and an incoming Assistant Professor of Law at Cleveland State College of Law. At Harvard University, she is studying the mechanisms that govern the practices involved in developing and deploying AI technologies. Mehtab Khan was previously a Resident Fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. At Yale, she was also the Program Director for the Yale/Wikimedia Initiative on Intermediaries and Information.
